THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
Dr. Shannon O’Grady utilizes several different approaches when treating her clients depending on the issue they present in therapy. EMDR is just one of the healing modalities Dr. O’Grady utilizes. She also looks to the origins of unhealthy thought patterns and behaviors, often going back to early family dynamics.
When you have your initial intake session, she will go over with you in more detail her specific therapeutic approach to your problem.
